The brush and the pigment.

I use traditional painting as a cathartic medium of pure self-expression. As you can see below, most of the paintings displayed, are abstract. This is because for me is an escape from the realistic and figurative needs of my work in digital animation; when most of the time, there's no room for pure abstraction. Besides, there are certain concepts that are easier to explore with only lines, squares, circles, triangles, and everything in between.
